We stayed here in 2022 to tour charelston being half hour drive. We have a 45' motorhome pluse 20' trailer which they were able to accommodate. That visit was great. We are back in 2024 and things are not what we experienced the first time. Yes, the entrance to the KOA is also the entrance to a trailer park. However, we have experienced cop cars entering and sitting in the campground almost every night. Sirens going constantly (mostly fire trucks) loud cars running up the road as well. Almost didn't feel safe.
