Situated right off the trail, but not accessible by car, the campground areas and adirondacks were quite nice. The grounds seemed mostly well kept and the Yough is a stone throw away. As already noted elsewhere, the water is not potable. It had a metallic taste even after filtering. We arrived in mid November and the free firewood appeared to have been depleted. I think that the experience here for everyone would be improved if more folks would adhere to "leave no trace" principals.
