This is a sweet little park with comfortable camping, a beautiful day use area, a pool, and a delightful nature education program. Allison, the educator, came around to every campsite with an animal skull which she invited us to identify and then shared lots of info about. There is a choice of easy and difficult trails to hike. It's one of the most well- maintained parks I've ever camped in. The ONLY reason it doesn't get a 5 is that it is right smack dab on a truck route, and the traffic noise detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience in beautiful natural surroundings.
