Started in Masten and went clockwise over 3 days 2 nights. Night one camped by pleasant stream and night 2 camped along Rock run which was an amazing site. There had been a lot of rain and i got caught in a bad thunderstorm the first day and when i crossed pleasant stream the water was above my knees and flowing rapidly. There were also many small stream crossings throughout the trail. There were a few downed trees that were blocking the trail and I had to go around. The highlights were the vistas, especially sharp top, and the campsites especially around rock run. Also saw several snakes around sullivan mountain which was really cool. Overall the trail was not too hard although there were a few steep climbs and descents. It was easy to follow with orange blazes and i also liked that there were arrows whenever there was a change in direction.
