Update 6-30-23 after 2 months in the park.

We have been in the RV park 2 weeks now. Staying for 2 months.

The Park is nice, well maintained. The original RV Space they put us in was freshly graded and covered with Cinders, not Gravel.

Our 37', 3 axel Trailer (11,000lb) sunk into the Cinders 5". We could not level it. Any blocks under the wheels were just driven into the dirt & cinders. They moved us to a different site which was ok. Still Cinders but level & only sunk in about an inch.

Water pressure is poor, shows 40lb static but when running is only 32lb. Then when 5 RV's came in around us it is even lower. There are 4 faucets on each water feed pipe.

Sewer drain is 10" above the ground, made it difficult to get a good drain flow as our outlet is 12" above the ground.

Laundry facilities are nice, you need to use a CC as they do not have coin change machines, this was ok actually.

They have a nice Rec room and pool tables.

The office staff was very nice. The manager was very helpful in getting us into another space. The Park is quiet and people were very friendly.

Update 6-30-23: If you make reservations through the Encore Call Center, make sure to call the Park directly & verify your reservation. We were scheduled to leave 7-1-23 but Encore set it up for 6-30-23. Again, the folks in the office were very helpful and rearranged so we had the additional night. The call center also told us electric was included, it isn't, electric is charged extra.

Another thing to be aware of, at least in May & June is the amount of pollen from the trees. This is wet sap type pollen and covers your vehicle. It does come off with soap & water but every morning you need to clean your windows to see. Also the wind, Show Low sits on a plateau at 6500' The wind never stopped and many days were 30mph.

Lots of complaints around us about the Cinders, they are difficult to walk in getting around your RV. Heavy Motor Homes have a problem sinking into the Cinders. We had to relevel our Trailer 3 times as it continued to settle into the Cinders.

Do you homework, decide if this is where you want to go. For us it was not worth the cost and won't return.
