So we've gone back and forth on a two - or three star rating, but because of a few things, we have to go with the two.

When we pulled up, the first thing we saw when we entered the park was trash on the ground around the dumpsters just overflowing. The second thing we see is a few sites that look like homeless camps. Some people you can tell I've been here a while, and they don't feel the need to clean up their lots.

A huge deal is Wi-Fi is not included!! This is supposed to be a resort .....why is Wi-Fi not included? We have yet to be to an RV park that charges for Wi-Fi until now . You actually have to pay for a certain amount that you use it's not even unlimited. They advertise in a few different places that they have a general store here open year-round and without notice we went to the store the second day we were here and there's a sign on the door that they're closed for the season. This is 15 miles from Bend Oregon, which is the nearest decent sized town with all the stores. However, there are a couple of stores about 10 min. away We assumed coming out here having a general store we wouldn't have to worry about that and now we've had to go into town several days. There's one laundry room for the entire place. It's the scanner app kind, which is nice sometimes, but when that's not working, quarters are not an option. It looks like somebody ripped all the tags off the scanners on the machines, and I guess they don't feel enough to replace them.

I will say the only reason we're giving it two stars is because the lots are nice, and it's pretty quiet out here.... and of course, the best part is the bunnies! Lol

There's a guy at the front gate who is pleasant, but other than that, I'm not really sure anybody else is working here. There's also no sewer in the side, just in case you don't know. So it's not full hookup, but we knew that coming in.
