This place is beautiful! However, it was also cold and raining the day I was there, so I want to go back and do more exploring soon. It is USDA and part of the Oregon Dunes, so there is a $5 day use fee per vehicle, or if you have the federal Senior pass, Access pass, or Interagency pass (I.e., for National Park Service, BLM, etc.) you can use that pass. There are also campgrounds on the way to the beach, but I didn’t drive into any of those.
