A nice and beautiful area to get out and about. Somewhat busy with a narrow trail so running or dog walking might be slightly difficult but still feasible. Especially so when it's less busy. A nice place to walk out and pick a spot for lunch or just to hang around for a while. If you go on a hot day there is some cliff jumping a rather short walk in at the falls.
DO: Jump with shoes as there a hike back up and have a spotter.
DON'T: Jump near the falls, or without considering the shock factor of very cold water.
