A short walk and a few stair = amazing views. The stairs are a bit slippery and there isn’t a railing - so be prepared if you’re unstable on your feet. Take the stairs slow on the way down. Parking meter was out of order last time I went 11/13/21. I can’t believe I’ve been a life long Portland resident and had never been here btw.
