Beautiful place. Nude beach but participation levels vary. The farther west you go the calmer and more "familyish" it is, but naked people basically everywhere. Lots of dogs, part of the beach is an off leash area.
On a 102 degree day the water temp was great. You had to get through some muck to reach the water, so definitely glad I brought water shoes. Bit of a hike from parking lot to beach. Depth varies with water level, when I was there it was mostly waist-deep.
