There are lots of different meeting spots to group up at and set up lunch or go find one of the many dispersed camp sites deep into the mountain. Don't get lost; Cell service is very, very shotty. Have offline maps downloaded on Google or another off-road type app. Dog friendly hiking trails stretched throughout this entire area. Must be kept on a leash at all times. Be careful of them wandering around on the main fire roads as the occasional person going way too fast in a buggy comes flying around corners, leaving potential hazardous situation. They do have bathrooms, but they are just your typical forrest hole in the ground outhouses, but at least you don't have to drive around with a bucket full of you know what.
