The site was beautiful with a small waterfall, pond, and mowed field. We met Jerry and Charlotte on the first day. They were more than welcoming and full of knowledge about the area. Ask Jerry about the North Rim! They and other volunteers do a great job to keep the site maintained and clean. Speaking of which, the rooms, bathrooms, and showers were clean and in good working order. We had no problems with electricity that weekend, but we've heard it has gone out before, so be ready for that.
As of the time of this review, there was no cell phone reception, so if you plan to do a little work or check in with people while you're up there, you'll have to drive out of the area to do it. We plan to visit again soon.
