Olallie Lake is a beautiful place. It's scenic, peaceful, and has lots of recreation opportunities. The resort is neat, especially with its historical significance and though the folks that run the resort are very nice and helpful the cabins are very small and "rustic" and are very close together. A medium size cabin was way too small for four adults. The burned forest all around the lake was both sad and interesting. The road to the Lake wasn't as bad as I had heard but there were spots where a lower car might have trouble.
