Would rate a zero if I could. Valerie, the manager, treated my mother like dirt when my dad unexpectedly passed away and she was trying to deal with cleaning up his mess. She forced her to stay for 8 hours while a salvage company hauled off his junk and refused to give her the bathroom code while she was there. All Valeria cared about was getting the shed that belonged to my dad and not the trailer site. She is allllll about the money so good luck to whoever moves into my dads spot.
Edited review: It was more like 2 months it took to get his stuff taken care of (partly because it is a 2.5 hour drive for us) and you got rent that entire time so I don’t know why you’re complaining about that….
