We were so looking forward to staying at this place over the summer of July 2022, but unfortunately due to a no fault of our own auto accident days before we weren't able to keep our reservation. I called and was told there was no problemn, we would be able to come when we got better. Believe this or not my husband was rear ended days after I called to see about going for my birthday week January 2024 as my husband was feeling better (a whole year and a half later)! The girl that I spoke to said that it wouldn't be a problem to go January 8-11, 2024. I told her I would call back to see if this would work. But my husband
was involved in another no fault of ours accident January 3rd, 2024!!!!
When I called to ask for another extension in using our paid reservation I asked to speak to a manager.
Amber was incredibly rude. I offered to summit proof of these two unfortunate accidents. Ambers reply was they could offer a 25% discount and that would be all and that they would not give us a free night stay, which I hadn't asked for. She proceeded to say she didn't want to argue with me. Who was arguing?
I asked if I could have the information to the owner. She told me that the answer would be the same.
Not sure if this review will get any attention but if you reach out to "hospitality" you'd think they would at least try to work with you.
