In Additon the woman in the office accidently left a 3 minute long voice mail on my froends phone, after we were 4 minites late returning the boat, talking about what terrible people my friends were, as well as several other horroble things, cussing and carryong on. We spoke to the owner regarding the situation, and she could habe cared less. Really a very unclassy business. If I could give negative stars, I would. My friends rented a pontoon boat on Thursday, 6.15. It was rented for 4 hours. We were almost 2 hours late returning the boat, as we got lost on the lake. My friend was charged the rental fee and the late fee when we took the boat back that day.. The following day this company charged her an extra $250 dollars. When she called to speak with them about it, they said it was the late fee. She explained she had already paid the late fee the day before. They will not refund the additional charge. This company is obviously a total rip off. I would NOT recommend renting a boat or any water toys from them. They will steal from you. In addition, the website says if you rent on a Thursday, its is 25% off. They also did not honor that discount either. TOTAL RIP OFF.
