Beautiful and quiet. Each space has picnic table, work table, BBQ grill and fire pit. Only problem we had was the shower hot water takes way to long to get warm. Bathroom and shower very clean. Camping space 11.
Space 33 is very uneven for a big rig. Our 42ft had plenty of room but the slope in 2 different directions is bad. I could easily reach top cabinets in my outdoor kitchen though. Backing in to most spaces isn't easy at all.
