Nothing that happens here is ever their fault. They don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Case in point, we pulled a brand new never lived in rig into a spot. Ironically I had asked them which spot had the best electricity. They said "they're all the same" which means we don't check any of them, until a problem arises. So, turns out the electrical box was bad but they blamed it on the RV. They "tested" the electric to determine it was our RV and not their box. Funny cause when the tech came out we had to hire from over an hour away who actually knew how to test electricity knew that 50 amp has two legs that need to be working. So had they known how to test their electric we would not have NEEDED to call a tech to come out and do it right. Remember, no matter what happens it's always your fault. SO, they offered two weeks stay to offset the cost of the tech which was a little more than two weeks rent. That didn't last long. Then they started whining about how much time they spent ttouble shooting THEIR bad electrical pole. The REASON they spent so much time was they don't know what they are doing. They threw a multi meter on it, it showed voltage and they're like "gee we don't know why your brand new rig won't work" The answer was it was 50 amp and they did not know to test both sides. So it went from two weeks, to one week, to actually only 5 days they gave because they don't know how to test their electrical. No wonder they don't do any routine maintenance. They had to move the rig to a new spot, that spot had a leaking water spigot, again NO MAINTENANCE. Then after that someone knocked out the rear window in our brand new rig. That was enough and we moved two RVs and a third one met us out at Twin Pines RV Park out by the State Park by the lake. A new park with new electrical throughout. No problems there. Good solid electrical hook ups. The manager at Miami Mobile Home was telling me about electrical lines melting going to people's rigs, again with their never their fault mentality, it never even dawns on them that it might just be THEIR aging antiquated unmaintenanced power lines. And I was like "ya think?"
