The owner Chris keeps flagging my post so you the viewers won't find out the truth about him.I will continue reposting every time 😁I'm not sure where to start but here I go. My husband & I rented a RV spot for a few months & paid monthly ( $550 monthly )The owner makes people think that he is a religious person, good & fair to every body ( in which he is not ) He gives favor to M that lives up the hill with the dog barking all the time & he worked on cars all hours of the day & night . M dog tried to bite Chris the owner & Chris told him to get a bark collar for his dog .But yet someone else dog growled at Chris & he made them get rid of it. 🤔 Chris let this man break the park rules all the time . My husband & I offered to pay Chris $500 to help us sell our RV on Facebook. Husband & I don't do Facebook. We finally got a buyer , we lost big time but we were ready to take the loss & move on . So husband & I discussed with Chris what was owed to us since we paid $150 deposit & $550 monthly rent . We were just 4 days into the month so it was supposed to be prorated but wasn't. 🤔🤨☹️So we ended up giving him $100 +$550+$150 & he said call it even. We were like no that's not right . Then all of the sudden he had to leave .I called asking him about our deposit , monthly rent & $500 we said we would pay him for helping us to sell our RV .I told him we would be there to talk to him in a few minutes Once the guy left with the RV . Husband & I left Shortly after. Chris was waving his arms & irate so we stop to talk to him before leaving the park . He was hollering , yelling & jumping all around like he drank a dozen of red bulls 🤨🤔 he was mad because we questioned him about money that was owed to us The $150 deposit & $550 pro rated in which he did not pro rate. He charged us $65 a night for 4 days & kept all of the $550 monthly rent & he didn't give us our deposit $150 +$100 cash he got from us from selling the rv☹️🤔 Needless to say he cheated us & didn't give us our money that was owed to us. He blocked both of our phone numbers shortly after we left headed for Tennessee because he knows what he done was wrong. I caution anyone not to rent from this con man Chris because when you get ready to check out of the RV park you will not get your money back . He will charge you $65 a day no matter if your paying monthly & you will not get you deposit . We were very disappointed with Chris . We gave him a lot of expensive antiques among other valuable items we had that came from our storage in which at first he agreed to buy after we sent him pics but once he got the items unloaded he then preceded to say he didn't have the money & needed to talk to his wife & he would let us know later ! Long story short this con artist/ lier said he didn't have the money so we ended up 3 wks later giving it all to him because we didn't have the time or storage anymore.My husband was always trying to help him but he didn't appreciate it. Chris tried to low ball us by asking us to manage his RV park for 5 days a week 24 hrs for $600 a week + pay him half rent & electric on top of that .He said he was stressed out & tired of dealing with people for the last 5 yrs !😠Really !! We said no way. Chris is a liar & will tell people your business behind your back ! He will also threaten to sue those who write bad reviews about his park because he told us .Through all the lies & hurt karma will catch up with you Chris Mosley ! You should be ashamed & you will have to answer to God ! Your the one that is miserable not us have a great day !😊By the way Chris we see You've gotten your good buddy Mike & his mom to write you a good review inorder to boost your reviews when you know he's the one that you allow to buy, sale & do repairs on junk cars in the park & who owns the vicious demon dog that tried to bite us & you ! Deceitful Man . Chris people aren't stupid ! C'mon man 3 good reviews right after 3 bad ones did you pressure or manipulate them like you tried with us ? What a godley man ☹️
