The Narrows is a nice spot with a beautiful path along the water. There’s a few options as far as trails. It hasn’t changed much over the past decade as I relied on my past experience here to navigate the River loop.
My only suggestion is the trails aren’t marked well/often. I helped a few people out because they couldn’t find their way to the parking lot. That made me realize I myself hadn’t seen many signs. Overall a lovely reserve that I would recommend to others!
