Worse experience at an airbnb I've ever had. This host scammed me and my children out of 2600 for almost a months stay due to being homeless at the time I had just lost my house bc of a divorce. They claimed my dogs were the issue , showed up unannounced to check hot tub while I was at work with my children there. Then told me I had to pay extra for my dogs when I already paid fee and they were registered as emotional support animals. They just started making up things to not give me money back after I stayed 2 nights they said I needed to pay another deposit for dogs I agreed to it thinking it was going to be for the same amount I already paid then they hit me with a 1000.00 fee or leave I had no choice other than to leave. I had stayed in multiple verbo's and airbnbs and never experienced anything quite like this. Horrible hospitality, horrible communication. Pure discrimination. Would never recommend ever! Very sad that I was willing to pay all that money just to keep my kids safe as a single mother of 3 I was completely appalled that someone would take full advantage of someone like that! Worse host ever!
