First, the facts: We stayed in Loop C, site 44. They have 3 loops in total at this particular campground. Our site was a "double" and had two electric boxes, each with a 30 and 50 and two standard outlets. We also had two water supplies. We enjoyed the fire pit and two picnic tables. Our site was nice and flat, and the State Rangers drove through regularly. Firewood was available at the entrance for $7 a bundle and burned beautifully. Shower/bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
Now, my opinions: I wish the grill on the fire pit wasn't rusted. It's great for cast iron skillet dinners but not for your kebobs. An actual on-site grill would be awesome! And, the picnic tables are in bad shape. The staff were friendly and informative, and the place is absolutely gorgeous! We usually go to Poplar Point, so I'm so glad that I tried a new part of Jordan Lake!
