If I could give a more negative review of this place I would . We had a horrible rv spot that was completely not level , couldn’t even set out chairs and too small for our camper.The front desk was rude when I called and ask if there was another spot we could go to and told me to find my pamphlet to get the number for the ranger. When I called the ranger and ask for help or another spot she laughed at me !!!! I told her it wasn’t funny that my family had been trying to check in and set up for almost 2 hours . She continued to laugh !!!! Finally another ranger came after we had borrowed cinder blocks from the site beside us and extra wood plus what we already had to try to set up !!!Chris the ranger attempted to help. I was told to call corporate , but by this time it had been 3 hours !!! They told us we could leave for a refund . My kids couldn’t get back in and load up after driving 2 hours to get there and there hours to try and set up . The corporate office couldn’t even get a manger at the camp ground to answer the phone . We left the campsite this morning at 9:30 am and went to another campground that would accommodate our family and not treat us like dirt. Beware of this place !!!! I was told a manger would be in contact with us and heard nothing today !
