This an excellent place to paddle. The park does have canoes to rent. We had the most fund exploring beyond the marked canoe trails. The bathrooms at the campground are older. The sites in general have a lot of privacy. We went on a rainy weekend and it wasn’t busy at all. The trails are kid friendly and can be combined to make for shorter or longer hikes.
