Its cabins, and RV spots. Lake and scenery are pretty. We stayed at the lodge, rooms are outdated cable isn’t the best a lot of analog channels. Only one person gets free WiFi everyone else in your party needs to pay additional. If you don’t have a kayak, jet ski, or boat there’s not a lot to do except swim in the lake or hiking. There is a little store on site with limited groceries and camping needs, if you need groceries you’ll need to travel 20 mins to the nearest grocery store, so pack food accordingly like you’re going camping. When we were there the restaurant was only open for breakfast on Saturday’s and opened at noon during the weekdays. Restaurant opens at 8:00 am, we got there at 7:57 am and the host was annoyed. Kept saying we don’t open to 8:00am, then answered an incoming call and told that person the same-thing and said they needed to call back after 8:00am, in another three minutes. If you’re not open why have the door open, and why answer the phone? Not the best customer experience. Our last night we wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the stars, but someone at the marina was playing their music loud at 11:00pm and the sound travels across the lake, so we went back inside. If you are looking for the outdoor camping environment this is a good place. If you are looking for customer service don’t expect a lot. We left feeling like we paid money to be someone’s burden. Perhaps it was an off day for the hostess, or she has had bad experiences with customers in the past. It was our first time at the resort restaurant so we didn’t know showing up a few minutes before 8:00 am would cause such a negative response.
