We stayed at the top of the upper loop across from the AT trail. Most of the sites are very shallow (ours was one of them) and very close together offering no privacy. Fortunately, even though the park filled with campers each night most were quiet and all respected the 10 pm quiet hour.
*The park is excellent for access to many hiking trails.
*The rest rooms were always very clean.
