We booked our stay here specifically because my daughter's apartment is 1/2 mile up the bike path in Old North End. I got a little nervous reading some of these reviews but she went by and told me not to worry. Are the sites tight and close together? Yes. Next time we will go for the full hook-up spaces. But we had no trouble getting into 74 with our 28 ft trailer once we came at it the other direction. I also recommend getting out and giving your site a good lookover and where to place your camper. That row itself at the end the sites are fairly level and easier to get into than some of the others, but you are at the main access to the beach and bike bath so there is a lot a foot traffic by you. Good people watching though! The people around us were super nice and friendly. Lots of French Canadian families. The bathrooms were definitely not up to par with other campgrounds we've stayed in. If I was at a full hook up I would not have had to use them as much. The fixtures were clean, it was really just the floors that got muddy and there were lots of cobwebs and spiders if you looked up.

But for the money and location this is a great value. A hotel in Burlington is like $400/night. You are just a few minutes to downtown by car or bike, and having the beach with drinks and snacks steps away is wonderful.
