We stayed at AB Cape May. Didn’t feel to clean when we walked in and the cabin was a lot smaller then they make it look. The beds creek and the top bunk seemed unsafe. The dishes were absolutely filthy and grimy. But, I travel with tons of cleaning supplies anyway and always disinfect. The worst part was the a.c not work. Temperature in the cabin was 80+ from the day we checked in until we checked out 5 days later. Monday we went to the office and stood there for 20 minutes to talk to a worker that was the phone and never acknowledged us. We left, came back and the office was closed. The next day was the 4th of July. I get it, everyone was off but how do you not have ONE person working the grounds? We went to Walmart and purchased $100.00 worth of fans. Wed and Thursday we left early so we didn’t suffocate in the cabin but came back at 5:30 for dinner and the same, no workers on the premises. Does say office closes at 5 but maintenance? They should always be available. Friday, we were over it. Packed up early, checked out and left. We had a spill on clothes, coin machine in the laundry room not available, no option for dish detergent. Rec room is empty and the actual games that should be in the rec room is in the office area that closes at 5.🙄I would never return especially for the price we paid and I would never recommend this site. We stayed at Sunrise last time and the place was amazing. Get in there if you can
