Went a couple years ago and about to go back. Cheap and you get the best freakin camp sites right by the river! Secluded, water on site, picnic bench, fire pit, and there are multiple streams you must drive your truck over little bridges to get through the campsites... soo nice if you like to see a lot of water/streams etc. while camping.. I know thats what i look for specifically. Clean campsite bathrooms with 2 stalls in a little cabin with outside sinks, walkable distance (5 min max). Great place to explore and walk around the woods. There is a little lake as well if you bring a canoe or float or fishing poles! They have a little general store too with snacks/tarps etc. A bit of a drive (30 min) from great mountains (slide mountain was AMAZING...views...hiking up next to a stream running down the mountain....and we did this on a severe thunderstorm weekend.) The drive is totally worth it, you pass waterfalls, lakes, rivers etc. One of my favorite campgrounds, with the other being secluded acres in PA. (town with the most lakes in PA). Saw a bear while approaching willowemoc and coyotes outside our tent. Cool stuff. Great place despite the torrential downpour (had to buy tarps from the general store).
