Location, location, location. You can't get closer to Chaco Canyon unless you score one of the FCFS campsites in the park, and that requires driving a 13 mile unimproved road with some impressive washout ruts. This place is dry camping, no services except for a port-a-potty. It feels pretty remote but the owner is on top of who goes in and out. In the summer his two dogs will make you feel at home and welcomed. If you are headed to Chaco, I recommend this dry camp.
