The trail is next to Dr. Oppenheimer's family cabin . Dr. Oppenheimer moved the Manhattan project to Los Alamos to the west across the mountains near Jemez. Private land do not trespass on the family's land. Photos taken with a telephoto lens. Do not drink the water in this area there are signs saying the water is not safe to drink.
