This place doesn’t deserve the 1 star required to leave a review. During an extended stay, my electricity was off as much as 17 times a day. Park first blamed it on the hot weather. When the weather cooled off, they blamed it on my surge protector. Surge protectors don’t do anything when there is no power at the pedestal. I checked with a volt meter. Come to find out there was an entire row experiencing the same issue and it improved slightly when they left certain spaces empty. As soon as the spaces were filled, the problem returned. Big surprise. They hired an electrician to check it out and he told me the park was not wired correctly and the problems would continue. One maintenance man told me the parts to solve the issue were on order and another told me the owner refused to spend the money. The problem was not resolved when I left and others were complaining and leaving due to the same issue. The owner does drive through twice a day to look for things to complain about but never addresses the issues or bothers to talk to the tenants. Before I left, the water started turning off at least once a day as well. One excuse after another. I will decline opportunities to work in NH again before I will stay at this park. They should be investigated for poor living conditions. Stay far away.
