Seems to be a good guarded security truck parking.
Disadvantages:
- Dirt lot, too dusty, most likely your truck will be full dust.
- A little expensive is $350 per month (usually in Vegas area is $250) I think $350 per month should be asphalt or concrete lot.
- Daily parking is $35 - I think is pretty expensive too.
-Weekly parking is $210 - a little crazy as well
Now we have a little shortage of truck parking spaces and land in Vegas become too expensive
