This is a small, seasonal RV park in Mina, Nevada off US 95. Mina is popular with off-roaders and people who enjoy exploring the old mining camps on the area. Mina is a small town in the Nv desert.
This RV park is all dirt. There is a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and showers (though I have not used their showers). The staff are super friendly and accommodating.
This is not a big fancy park, it's better- in my opinion. No need to hail a taxi to get to the office or laundry room.
SITES:
The spaces are large and it's pretty easy to level the RV. Most sites have trees and a picnic table. Sites offer 30/50 amp power, water, and sewer hook-up.
The tables are a little weathered, so watch for splinters. There is also a little sheltered picnic area that easily accommodated our group of 12 for a potluck supper.
CAMPFIRES:
There are no individual fire rings at the sites. However, there is an an area with a fire-pit. The fire area is large enough to hang out as a group, which is great for meeting other people.
PETS:
Dogs are welcome, as long as you walk them in the designated areas and pick up after them. Of course, they ask that dogs are on a leash and not disruptive (excessive barking) or aggressive/dangerous to other people or pets.
OFF-ROADING:
Lastly, Mina is a small but friendly town. Many people visit Mina for the off-roading available. They say there are hundreds of miles of roads to ride. ATVs are welcome and there are lots of roads and sites to explore.
Some are weary travelers that just stop for a night. Some come for the peaceful tranquility in Mina. Others come to explore. I come for the adventure.
