The staff at the front desk are incredibly rude and have zero concept of customer service. After booking and paying for our site in advance for 2 days during the holiday weekend, they cancelled our reservation on the second day leaving us to find somewhere else at the last moment on New Year’s Eve. We did not stay there on our first night because they could not accommodate an early check-in which interfered with our plans, so we stayed elsewhere just for the night but never cancelled our reservation and planned on using our second day. They do not care if they leave you in the dust and had no remorse for leaving us stranded on a major holiday. Both Chantelle’s at the front desk need some customer service training and education, or maybe a different job that they don’t hate so much.
