It's a park with playground, tennis courts, basketball court, band shell, pool, bathrooms, and two large seating areas in pavilions. The maintenance is kept up and there are lots of big shade trees. The layout is horrible. The swings for toddlers is a long ways from the other swings. And all of the playsets are 300 yards from the pavilions/bathrooms; instead the main playset is right next to the swimming pool (there's a huge fence around the pool). So trying to keep an eye on a group of children is difficult. For example, if you have four preschoolers you're trying to watch someone is always needing help and it is (Murphys law) clear across the whole park to get to them (try having four preschoolers swinging on the swings and then one of them needs to use the bathroom. Yikes! ). And when you take kids to play at the playground having the pool right there is a huge distraction.
