Full Hook-Up: $43.00 with tax
Tenting: $38.00 with tax
Shower: $10.00 with tax
I arrived around sunset. Only one other group at the site that night. The small sites each have a picnic table. I was staying in a one-person tent. The grass was weedy and lumpy, but comfortable enough. The owner showed up a bit after I arrived to talk to the campers. She had me meet at the clubhouse to register and pay. She was generous and friendly, and considerate about my confusion regarding the inaccurate rates on the website.
The clubhouse was a nice surprise on my spartan cross-country road trip. Table, chairs, sink, coffee & condiments, TV with DVDs, cooler with drinks to purchase.
The campground is close to the interstate, which meant quite a bit of noise throughout the night, but I managed to sleep comfortably. (I actually enjoyed the white noise.)
I was glad to have this option near I-70 in a region with few other organized camping options.
