I'm not one to do negative reviews, but this place, and the yurt we got #6, was a joke! That yurt spot has no parking, so you haul your stuff up from the parking area, in an inch or 2 of thick dust from all the cars turning around. The tent (Beg. of Aug) was located right next to a dug up septic tank, makes for a great view! When we got in the yurt, we instantly stepped in several deep holes, and the ground was not even level for the two twin beds. We get unpacked to find that one of the beds, the bedding, was not changed from the previous guest. Very obvious "stains" on the pillows, and dirt on the sheet.
As the evening progressed we could hear every single thing people said or did around us, because the yurts are ON TOP OF EACH OTHER!!!! Want to hear your neighbor unwrap food all evening and chew and eat, in a yurt that you should not have any food in!! LOL, or if you like hearing every snore and breath they take at night, then go this Wander Camp!!!
I feel like spot #6 was an after thought, and the spot was not properly leveled or cleared. It's like someone said lets put one more in to get a little extra money!!
We did call the camp host, and we were offered help with our bags, but that was extent of the help offered.
For the money you will pay to stay at this Wander Camp, I would try to find of accommodations that give your more chance to experience nature without close neighbors!
