The 4.5 mile snowshoe up was TOUGH with fresh snow constantly coming down. They’re not kidding about extreme weather (along with a winter weather advisory) - the winds shook this place all night long but she holds strong. The wood stove is a literal lifesaver and the lookout itself has lots of little things to use and explore. Bring extra propane and batteries! Snowshoeing up took under 5 hours whereas the trip down was under 3 hours. Incredible experience + dog friendly.
