If you want it with, better pack it with! It is an old mountain cabin, it has mice, it has flies, it doesn't have water. What it does have is a roof with no leaks, a comforting, good burning wood stove, and most importantly, it provides a temporary home in some of the finest country, which produces lifelong memories at a more than fair price. If you are up to "roughing it" a bit that is. Remember to restock the firewood you burn in the cabin with wood that is provided from the shed close by.
