I camped here for one night, got there close to dusk and left early next morning. Didn’t use the vault toilets. The campsites seemed well maintained. They were freshly mowed. Dirt road was ok to drive on, some potholes but very manageable. I was in a Honda civic. River sites were taken so I was a walk from the river but could still hear it, which was nice. Mosquitoes were there late June but left me somewhat alone after a lot of bug spray and a citronella candle.

As a solo female traveler new to boon-docking, I was a bit nervous but had a safe night there with no issues.

When you turn towards access site from tongue road, you have to go right. I took a left and had to loop through the houses there.
