This cabin is a fair distance away from the trailhead. Thus, It offers a secluded get-away as well as a warm place to sleep during the winter months. The cabin supports year-round activities, including skiing and biking. I have not personally done this, but I expect Mystic Lake is a nice place for a dip in the late summer.
