I've been coming in and out of the park since last April with settling in from September to current. It is under new ownership and changes are being made for residential with new rules and mandatory propane hook up to 100 gallon tanks (was happy I did before the major winter freeze.) There are select spots for 30 and 50 amp full time and they are strict on the age and how you keep your spot. The staff have been hard at work cleaning, fixing, repairing and trying to update. They have plans to fix the grass areas when the winter is over. Sometimes, it can take time to hear back from the owner about something but the employees do their best to find out what it is you need.

Someone mentioned they thought it would be near a vineyard but in fact it's near several wineries, some within walking distance. During the summer, the park hosts wine events and hopefully, will be this summer. It fills up in the summer and especially before the hot air balloon festival so if you are planning to make reservations, you might want to now. Some times the water gets shut off temporarily but that is so they can fix any pipe issues. If you are in a RV, just use your fresh tank. You usually get notice before it goes off.

So far, I'm happy. It's quiet. You can hear the highway but usually the noise isn't that bad. I'm a light sleeper and doesn't wake me. I'm not sure what the spring will bring with changes but will update in a few months after I pull out. I would stay put until I leave for the western area but also camp host. That is the only reason I will be leaving in a few months.
