We were in section I and it was absolutely beautiful.
they had camping spaces that were sectioned off for medium size tent. it didn't seem like we could place a large tent in the section. there was another smaller section for a smaller tent. The fire pit still had burnt wood in it from the previous people. previous people also left a lighter fluid and cardboard for starter which was pretty amazing. a note was included with the lighter fluid asking us to leave it for the next person.
The food locker seemed kind of rusted out and dirty. I wouldn't have wanted to put my food in there. luckily my parents were staying at fishing bridge RV Park and were supplying all the food for the trip so we didn't need to store anything in the food locker. there is a second locker closer to the campsite for anything else you would want to put in it. that wasn't food. the food locker was appropriately distance from the campsite for bear safety.
There are no showers at this campsite. the closest ones are at fishing bridge RV Park and they cost $5 a shower. since my parents were staying at the RV park, they had a shower card. Good for two showers a day.
When we were packing up three female elks and three fawns sauntered through the campground before everybody was awake. it was probably about 6:00 a.m.
The bathrooms were super clean and well stocked all of the time.
