This is such a nice historic state park off highway 70. If you are looking for a little stop between your travels, this is a great spot, especially with kids. There are picnic tables and BBQ areas throughout. There are short and long hiking trails with some little sights. This park has a unique man made cave that you can hike over to.
There is also a little playground with a jungle gym and slides for young kids. Restrooms for use as well. Make sure you don't drop in without atleast walking over to the cave and clean up after yourself.
