I had a great experience here. The hot springs are amazing. The ice Bar is fun. The restaurant food was really good and we got seated right away. The activities - dog sledding and northern light tour were enjoyable. The room beds are comfortable... Though if there was a complaint it is that the guest rooms are at least 80F and the windows are frozen shut. They do have fans, but it is hard to sleep in such a warm room. Overall it was the only negative aspect, everything else was amazing.
