Anyplace for travelers that is pet friendly gets five stars from us. Most RV spots have no shade and a handful there are long stays they were all considerate and seemed happy. We had a canopy so it wasn’t a problem. The sound of the freeway can be heard at times, as you can see the park as you drive by on the freeway. There is a nice shaded park with a playground on the property that has a picnic table and grill. Walking dogs or in our case, a Ragdoll cat, was a pleasant experience. Most spaces have a picnic table and some with fire ring. There is a small laundry room in the back buildings but the restroom has a sign “closed for season”. It would be fantastic if there was a back up bathroom and shower area. When dumping your sewage you have no bathroom and it’s helpful to have that back up. There is wifi and owner offered movies for DVD. We typically stream movies. internet was slow on and off - we were able to stream one movie but spotty. Found internet in the this area off and on in general for Verizon, using the wifi made it worse so we hardly used wifi. This place is family owned and operated by a fantastic couple and we support this! They are also cat people and they are so cool 2 strays are around the property but bother no one. We would return here in the future and recommend if you are looking for just a nice spot to stay and you don’t need or want trees at your space (and if you have pets).
