The location is wonderful, close to town but in quiet setting. The rooms need updated. The beds are very uncomfortable. The futon in living room has no cushion, horribly hard. The coffee pot was clogged and had to strain our coffee after it brewed. The air conditioner couldn't keep cool. The freezer needed defrosted, as it was so frosted over the freezer door wouldn't shut properly. The shower is way to small. Not sure, we'd stay there again.
