My honest opinion of this place is a bit all over. We are still here so maybe it will get better.
Bad things: it smells… there is a really horrible odor coming from somewhere. It’s really not fun to sit outside. My kids say it’s worse towards the back of the park so maybe we’re lucky. We can’t decide if it’s a dead animal or trash but it’s so bad.
The power- the power has gone out three times in the last day.
The “credit card fee” seems to be charged every time you order anything, even something as small as a snow cone. We’re at $20 in fees. But it’s a cashless resort so you’re forced to accept the fee.
The pool: while this is a beautiful pool I wish they had someone cleaning it more often. It’s pretty dirty.
It’s expensive: we’re at almost $600 for 4 days, it is a holiday weekend so maybe that’s why.
Things we like: beautiful location
Staff is very friendly
Overall a very clean resort
Lots of activities for the kids to do
