Honestly, I had just the worst experience here. I can't tell you what the park is like because it rained the entire time I was here, so I only saw my site and the bathrooms. The trails are too muddy for hiking. Every site around me is burning wet wood, so the smoke is thick and stinky, and I can't get away from it. If it weren't such a long drive, I would just head home early. I finally dug an N95 mask out, and that helped with the breathing, but this is not the connecting with nature experience I was hoping for.
